The purpose of this project is to provide a comprehensive view of our sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) in one central location. With this dashboard, we can easily track the growth of monthly orders and sales trends by segment and category.

In addition to these metrics, the KPI dashboard will provide a more detailed view of the important numbers, allowing us to make informed decisions about our business. By consolidating all of this information onto one page, we can easily access the data we need to make decisions, present information to stakeholders, and monitor progress over time.

To make the dashboard even more user-friendly, I have included a table that provides a detailed breakdown of the data, making it easier to see where improvements can be made. With this dashboard, we can monitor our sales performance and KPIs more effectively, resulting in better decision-making, improved communication, and ultimately, a more successful business.

One of the key insights provided by the dashboard is a breakdown of our store sales for the months of March to April. The total sales during this period was $30.39k, with a total profit of $3.32k. The average discount for this period was 12.7%, and the total quantity sold was 543. Additionally, the dashboard revealed that the majority of our sales came from the office supply category.

Based on the insights provided by the Sales and KPI Dashboard, one business advice to increase sales is to focus on promoting and expanding the office supply category. Since this category appears to be our top-selling product group, we can further optimize and capitalize on this trend by increasing our marketing efforts and expanding our product offerings in this category.

Another potential strategy is to look at the discount percentage being offered and consider adjusting it. While offering discounts can be a useful tool to attract customers, it’s important to find the right balance to maintain profitability. Analyzing the impact of discount percentages on sales can help us find the sweet spot where we can attract customers while still making a profit.

Finally, it’s important to continue to monitor and track sales performance over time, especially as market trends and customer preferences change. By regularly reviewing the Sales and KPI Dashboard and adjusting our strategies accordingly, we can make data-driven decisions that will help us increase sales and improve overall business success.
